Technical Initiatives

DPG Sansthan is always striving towards technological enhancement for sustainable development of society and country .

For DPG Sansthan sustainable development means development through 3 e – Energy ( Renewable Energy , Conservation of Energy ) , Environment ( better environment , better health conditions ) and education ( IT and general Education ) .

1. Our one member has patented modified Diesel Engine which consumes very less diesel with very few modifications , that to from outside only and at very less cost .

For example modification cost of 7.5 kw DIesel Engine will be Rs 120000.00 while this modification capital cost will be recovered within 1 and half year if DG set is to run 4 hrs in a day because of saving in Diesel . Schematic diagram is attached here .

2. This patent is towards air conditioning of Bicycle through Solar PV technology . This patent is to popularize Bicycling habit among people as during summer and humid season in India , the season deters the bicycle paddling .

3. This patent on modified Rail Locomotive is towards fuel economy in Rail engines which may be fueled by LNG and cut the fuel bill .

4. This patent is towards an effort to make available cheap , economic, eco friendly and safe fuel for general public and specifically rural population and cottage industry .

Here Bio gas and LPG may be mixed in various proportion as per availability and production of Bio gas from vegetable waste etc . The schematic diagram is attached .

5. DPG Sansthan is propagating a technology for Rice Mills which is towards use of Solar energy for making steam/ heating water in boiler of boiled Rice Mills while the rice husk will be utilized for making particle board which yield better revenue than burning of rice husk in boiler .

The Rice husk will be used to make particle board which will give much more revenue .

6. Use of Gas and Solar Technology in Brick industry :

This technology will have following advantages :

  • Since this kiln will be tunnel kiln , so it may run for 24×7 for 365 days unlike normal kiln .
  • The production of only number 1 quality bricks as the system is mechanised and temperature is controlled .
  • Much more production .
  • Better quality .
  • More productivity
  • Less use of mud for making one brick .
  • Less space is required
